Who are the UKOUG?
The UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) is a stand-alone and separate organisation from Oracle Corporation. They are an independent not-for-profit organisation which was established 30 years ago to provide a community for users and providers of Oracle products. They now have over 8,500 member contacts and are the only user group in the world with a dedicated team of full-time staff.
Why are they important to the user community?
The UKOUG provides a collective voice into Oracle to help influence and direct the Oracle products such as PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud. They also provide a great environment to share knowledge and build your peer network through its annual events programme.
What is Cedar Consulting’s Relationship with the OUG?
Cedar Consulting has been a UKOUG partner since Oracle acquired PeopleSoft in 2005. Since the acquisition of PeopleSoft, Cedar Consulting has worked closely with the UKOUG in supporting their events with customer stories and user focused product presentations. Cedar has been recognised by the UKOUG and the wider Oracle community with annual awards in PeopleSoft, Fusion and Oracle Managed Services.
